These provide safeguards against quality issues that could potentially be passed on to a customer following the completion of repairs. The items on the checklist include:
- Proper measuring, computerized or mechanical, to ensure precise structural alignment.
- The correct application of corrosion protection.
- A search for flaws or defects in the refinish work.
- The inspection and testing of weld quality.
- The diagnosis and correction of any relevant dashboard warning lights.
- The inspection and testing of mechanical and suspension components.
- Inspection and testing of replaced or repaired components.
- The test-drive.
- Detailing of the interior and exterior.
- On time delivery to our customer.
