Impound Vehicles
Required to release any vehicle from impound
(All information can be faxed or emailed to speed up the release process)
- Owner must be present - Notarized letter required if someone other than owner is picking up the vehicle
- Proof of ownership - Current registration, title, or DMV printout
- Photo ID - Will need valid driver to drive vehicle off premises
- Proof of valid insurance
- A release if your vehicle has a hold - Contact the police agency who has the vehicle on hold
- Cash - We do not accept checks, credit cards, or money orders
Required to remove personals from vehicle after an accident
(Only if insurance company is covering tow bill)
- Owner must be present - Notarized letter required if someone other than owner is picking up personals
- Proof of ownership - Current registration, title, or DMV printout showing
- Photo ID
- Proof of full collision insurance * - Insurance agent can fax a cover page & full policy directly to us
- A release if your vehicle has a hold - Contact the police agency who is holding to get release
* If there is no collision coverage, the registered owner is responsible for the bill and disposing of the vehicle.
